Tempting cheese soufflé, produced with Divanis products.
Fluffy cheese souffle

3 spoonfuls of melted butter Divanis
2 spoonfuls of all-purpose flour
1 cup of whole milk
2 spoonfuls of mustard
4 egg yolks
350 gr of traditional cheese of Trikala Divani
350 gr of kefalograviera cheese
5 egg whites
salt & pepper
Heat the butter in a saucepan on low heat. Add the flour and stir with a kitchen wire for 3 minutes. Add the milk and stir for a few more minutes. Next add the salt and the pepper, always stirring with the kitchen wire.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and slowly throw the yolks while keeping on stirring. Add the traditional Divani cheese and half of the quantity of the kefalograviera cheese in the mixture.
Stir the egg whites until they become meringue. Pour the meringue with the rest of the ingredients slowly in the saucepan.
Pour the whole mixture to a buttered baking pan or individual pots after you have laid baking paper. Sprinkle with the rest of kefalograviera cheese. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, until the souffle becomes reddish!
