Delicious gratin with potatoes, traditional cheese Divanis and ham

INGREDIENTS

8 potatoes cut into rings

300 gr. traditional cheese Divanis grated

300 gr. graviera grated

1 onion chopped

150 gr. ham cut in pieces

100 gr. pure melted butter Divanis

1 clove cut in half

300ml sour cream

200ml fresh milk

3 beaten eggs

salt, pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat 2/3 of the pure melted butter in a pot and saute the onion. Add the potatoes and continue the sauting for 4’ - 5’.

Spread half of the sauted mix in a round pan, which is first rubbed with the garlic and buttered. Shake out the graviera and the ham, salt and pepper and stir gently. Spread a second layer of potatoes and shake out on top the traditional cheese Divanis.

Hit the sour cream with the milk, the eggs, the salt and pepper and pour the food. Bake in oven at 200 °C for 50’ until browned on the surface.
